Journal Therapy Package

***Please note, this is not a stand alone course. It is a bolt-on therapy to be used alongside other sessions to enhance the therapeutic experience***
Journal therapy can be added on to any Session and is a 30 minute consultation at the end of a Counselling session. It is an interactive therapy, meaning there is work to do before and after sessions. Each session includes a discussion of the journaling completed and a new activity is provided each week to enhance the journaling.
